We carry a wide range of collection from boots, booties, casual shoes, flats, pumps, sandals, wedge sandals, sneakers, and rain boots, etc. We sell by cases with set size run and color. We have no minimum quantity requirement other than purchasing one case! Please note that a case comes with one color and one style and that we cannot mix or match the color. We do offer bigger size run which usually contains size 6 to size 10 or size 6 to size 11 as well as our regular size run from size 5 or 5.5 to size 10. If you wish to order bigger size run, please specify under the order note or the comment section, so we can meet your needs. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We will process the order only after we receive the payment.
Credit Card Payment: Please provide your credit card information when you place order. For COD/MONEY ORDER shipment, shipping charges have to be charged with credit card. Please note that the name on the credit card must match the name on the order sheet. Once the order has been processed, please note that it cannot be cancelled or changed. If for some reason, one or more of your order is sold out due to high volume of demand, we will notify you. Most of the time, we will have the merchandise in stock for you, if not, we will notify you the arrival dates via phone or email.
Please be advised that the color of the shoes may appear slightly different from the actual color due to photo effects.
If your order was received and confirmed by our sales representatives before 11am PST, we can most likely ship out the merchandise to you on the same day the order was placed excluding the non-business days. We will try our best to have your orders shipped out in a timely manner. We use UPS to ship out merchandise. If you have a preferred freight forwarder, please let us know. For international orders, we can ship out via UPS international or if you have a preferred freight forwarder in mind, please let us know. Name of the said freight company, contact information, and address must be provided to us for shipping.

Returns within 7 days from receipt of order can be returned for exchange, refund or credit at onlyswank.com's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials by the manufacturer. If any of the above is not returned with the item, you may be subject to a repackaging fee, which will be determined on a case by case basis. There will be a 25% restocking fee applied unless item is deffected.
onlyswank.com accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 7 days from receipt of order. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by onlyswank.com. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by UPS Ground Shipping. If items are returned by express delivery, refund will only cover up to $10.00.
onlyswank.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and to use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to onlyswank.com within 7 days receipt, at onlyswank.com's discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
DAMAGED ITEMS If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify onlyswank.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
Our company understands that it is sometimes necessary to cancel your order. We are more than happy to accommodate your requests, but we must set a few ground rules.
If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate your package. We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer can take up to 8 business days to process. If the package is not found in that period of time, we can then reship your order. Unfortunately, we do have to wait until the tracer is complete before reshipping your order.
Due to the nature of clearance product, returns will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by onlyswank.com at the address above within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must request form. No returns will be accepted without our Confirmation. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
