IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER OR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT, YOU MUST REQUEST TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE BY PHONE AND THE REQUEST MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM
THE CONFIRMED ORDER DELIVERY DATE.
ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURES’ PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL LABEL.
RETURNS MUST BE UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED WITH ALL TAGS. CUSTOMERS WILL ASSUME RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND A 25 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock.
In this event, we make every effort to contact you to notify you that the items are out of stock.
